It is with great delight we announce the commencement of our Youth Counseling and Mentorship Program. Taking All Men Brother (TAMEB) Counseling and Mentorship program is designed to stem teenage delinquency and deviance among inner-city teenagers and to help reform them from delinquent teenagers to responsible adults. The program works in collaboration with secondary schools’ guidance and counseling units to guide their students towards making better choices away from violence, cultism and other deviant activities, as well as provide them with life skills that make them start thinking about future career opportunities and becoming role models among their peers.
The Counseling and Mentorship program launched in Agege, September 2018, currently takes place in Iloro Junior Grammar School and Agege Junior College, Lagos. There are currently 114 teenagers from both schools benefitting from the program. The beneficiaries cover different gender identities, religions, tribes and backgrounds.
